My 6 year old daughter has improved her riding skills dramatically in the 4 months she has been riding at SVS. She arrived as a walk-trot rider bored and with no goals, and is now cantering poles and jumps and excited to learn more. Our pony, who is in his second month at SVS, is on the best work and food management plan in his 3 years with our family. Everyone, fellow clients included, have made us feel welcome at SVS. A wonderful experience all around for the horse and rider team at any level.my truck just may be in it.I love green street.. especially Happy hour!!
The food was bland and uninspired. We added salt and pepper to each course (except dessert) and it did not help. The plating was sloppy and inconsistent. The souffle was fine, the only saving grace I suppose. I think the average customer has never been to a good (not great) french restaurant. Its unfortunate because the space is very charming. We went today and I’m so proud of Shae. Dr. Watson gave me tips to calm her before the vet and what not. So we drive to the vet Shae meow yelling at me the whole time and then we get into the office and get in right away and I brought her favorite food and Shae did wonderful. The maitre de came by to welcome us at 6pm, and the place was quiet. Our waiter, Allen was very attentive, gracious and served us warmly. Wonderfully kind hospitality. The decor was of a quiet elegance, clean lines, with an Asian flair, more sophisticated than most of the Pier 39 restaurants, with wide space between tables for easy conversational sound level. I had the Chef Tasting Menu at $30 fixed price, starting with an ample, covered vessel of excellent clam chowder, followed by Shrimp Fresca - five large, delicious, butterflied parmesan encrusted shrimp over a flavorful, moist fettuccini with pomodoro sauce (fresh chopped tomatoes) and finished with a salted caramel creme brulee, most enjoyable. One friend tried the filet mignon, cooked medium, and said it was tender, with a delicious peppercorn sauce. Another had a minimal appetite, but enjoyed the clam chowder and a chopped spinach salad. This is the place to welcome out of town friends, and give them good memories of our beautiful city.
Today was my first experience with Oasis and they were absolutely fabulous!! As a mom to several culturally diverse children I was welcomed for asking questions. Derrick and Donnie were patient and understanding as I asked questions. I've been to way too many shops where I've been shamed into silence, but these guys let's me ask lots of questions and celebrated with me the beautiful blends of my family.Was so disappointed. Been there 1 time and that was 1 time too many! My friends ordered Chimichanga's, they were to be deep fried, they were NOT, instead they were served as a Burrito. I ordered Nachos, the white sauce was CLEARLY watered down with chicken broth, it ran off my plate, the chips were so soggy from the broth, there was no way to pick any of them up. The waiter said, "Oh the cheese does that because of the hot plate!" HUH?? NO WAY.. he replaced it with a small order & it was the same way, I didn't ask for it to be replaced to begin with BUT to bring out the exact kind of slop?? My margarita was in a super small mug, took 4 swallows and that was gone. Will never be back. Taco Bell can do better than this place.We were there for volleyball tournament, gym too small to host such an event. No place for parent's to sit, teams had no area to sit while playing, and the referees were at a disadvantage having to stand at net. Balls and player's from other courts constantly stopping game's.Favorite restaurant in Natomas. My family and I love going there for brunch. I highly recommend the eggs Benedict for brunch and a cranberry mimosa. They have live music on Fridays and Saturdays - make a reservation and enjoy!Cory truly cares about her clients. Now going on 6 weeks of not having a fridge in my house, the salesperson found another fridge and I picked it up last night, only to find it damaged once in my home. No one has yet to compensate me for weeks with no fridge, let alone the run around I’ve been through and now a damaged fridge!! Google, Yelp, and the sign on their front door show they close at 11pm. I get here at 10pm and the owner says, "we're closed. We closed at 10pm." Umm, you're door is wide open and your hours everywhere show you close at 11pm? When suggesting that he should change the hours to avoid confusion, he completely ignored me and continued to talk to one of the employees. Please save yourself from an awful experience! When we got there he wouldn't even listen to me about what he had said,h...e wouldn't even let me say it he just kept talking over me when I tried to tell him what he told me the day before on the phone. He spent the entire appointment lecturing me and my daughter and talking over us when he disagreed with what we had to say, he acutally told us that what we had to say didn't matter. Not to mention a ridiculous wait time. It is clear that the only reason people go to this guy is because he is one of the VERY FEW oral surgeons that accepts MA. That is why we went,we have both private insurance and MA, never would have bothered with this place if we had other choices and now that we have experienced it, we will never return. I feel sorry for those who don't have a choice! I have even seen in the reviews that after treatment he has his clients put in front of a computer to write a review and monitors them while they write under duress. Disgusting and disturbing practices!Lynsie did an excellent job selling our Los Gatos home. As we were living out of the country at the time, it was important to us to have someone trustworthy, smart, hardworking and efficient. Lynsie was able to spruce up our property, market it, hostess an open house, and sell our home in just a week of being on the market. We could not have asked for anything more! We wouldn't have wanted to have anyone else by our side during this process! She is amazing!!This could be a good regular spot for breakfast and coffee at a reasonable price; but it's not. The Sugar Rush Cafe is located in an industrial complex on the border of Pomona and Walnut. It seemed like it would be a standard breakfast/coffee re-charge your batteries from the night before place, but the average food and coffee was way overpriced. The coffee is $3.50 per cup and not refillable. The built up coffee descriptions are lengthly and describe a potential exotic experience. When asked if they had regular refillable coffee, the answer was no. Thus, I ordered the El Diablo dark roast, and it tasted like regular coffee to me. We ordered the breakfast wrap with hash browns and a roast beef sandwich with mushroom soup. The breakfast wrap came with eggs, bacon, and ham, and was $10.25. The price of the breakfast wrap could not be justified. The roast beef sandwich was small, very good, but including the $1.50 up charge to have it served hot, the cost was $10.25. The Sugar Rush Cafe serves basic breakfast and lunch items at a premium. At their prices, I would just stay home and make my own breakfast wrap.This is my favorite church hands down. If you want a Holy Ghost time, this is the place to be,El Puerto is and has been my favorite Mexican restaurant for 5 years. The food is terrific and the service is fast. The servers are also always friendly, and remember their repeat customers. Best Mexican restaurant in McCook and the best one that I have been to period.
Although we always come to the coast and of course eat fish, this place is a must on every visit! The prices are great, the food is delicious and the wait staff is always top notch. My oldest kiddo tried the pizza roll and was in heaven. Their salad portion is extremely generous for the price. Our family of 4 can split a small while waiting for our pizza. Try their cheesy bread and the Gabriela pizza, both slicks.The first dental office I've ever liked going to! Dr. O and her staff are so kind and the office is super clean. I had a minor dental emergency today and they worked me right into their schedule, no problem!! They were very understanding and supportive of my fears about the procedure I needed and it was a piece of cake. I highly recommend this office.It's no Crepe to Go in LA (my favorite crepe place; I affectionately call him the Crepe Nazi, due to both his perfectionism and his demeanor) or Creperie in NY (my second favorite). Crepes are the crispy-edged kind here which yuck. Not a full-service restaurant. It's Corner Bakery-style partial table service. You order and pay at the counter, and get a number to put on your table for them to bring it to you. What little service they have was good, although they took away my menu before I was done with it, and later someone tried to take away a plate WHILE MY HUSBAND WAS ACTIVELY DIGGING HIS FORK INTO THE FOOD ON IT. I was slightly miffed that both Asian crepes had peanut sauce. The Thai one, sure, but peanut sauce on savory food is not a thing in Japan. If you have a peanut allergy, like my FIL, and like Asian flavors, you are SOL here. Got the Tuscany crepe ($12.95, chicken breast with an asterisk, with mushrooms, tomatoes, toasted almonds, provolone, feta and pesto) and the New Orleans Benedict ($12.50, crab cakes in an English muffin with poached eggs and spicy Cajun hollandaise). The crepe was hard and dried out on the ends and soggy in the middle. The filing was okay but too salty. The fries and salad were whatever. It wasn't much of a step up from the IHOP savory crepes, which are bland and overly salty. Did not taste the feta. The almond were bigger and crunchier than I expected; I was expected slivered almond, but they were big chunks. At first I thought I had bit down on a piece of gravel. The poached eggs in the Benedict were perfectly cooked and sassy (Buffy the Vampire Slayer fans know what I mean). The spicy Cajun hollandaise was not spicy but it was still delicious! The crab cakes were fishy and mealy. The English muffin looked toasted but it was mushy even on theI was slightly miffed that both Asian crepes had peanut sauce in it; in the Thai one, sure, but peanut sauce is not a Japanese thing, at last not on things that are not dessert. edges not covered in hollandaise. The home fries were mostly ordinary but were seasoned with something unusual and tasty. It was empty when we sat down at the beginning of dinner but by the time we left there was a line. I would never bother waiting in a line for this place, especially when Yayoi is down the street. Hell, Cheesecake Factory, while not exciting, is consistent and right next door. Not meh enough to give a 2 to, so 3 it is. But really it's a 2.5. Addendum: Was in town and just had to visit this place again. Just like the last time, great service and food and doesn't disappoint. I ordered a greek salad on the side and the feta cheese was so fresh, moist and yummy! Which was probably fresh and UNpasteurized which unfortunately I cannot have right now. So went back inside (was sitting at the outside patio) and asked the employees. They said it should but seemed to question it themselves. As I sat back outside, one of the employees came back and said to be on the safe side, I probably shouldn't eat it and was happy to bring it back and make me a brand new one without the feta. That was awesome how careful and sweet they were. Can't wait to come back and eat it with the feta cheese next time when I finally can! Note: Salad was yummy but not the traditional greek flavor which is more vinegary & garlicky. Instead it does have more of an asian soy saucy flavor. Still really yummy but then again, I'm asian so it prob taste yummier to me then to some people. -------------- Was craving Mediterranean and decided to give this place a try and so glad I did! For the price you pay the portion itself is unbelievable. Most other places are pretty generic in portions and cost. The plate was $10 here so i assumed it was like most other places and my goodness the plate was enough to feed 2 people! (See pictures) We ordered the ground beef and chicken skewer mix plate which comes with a side bowl of salad. The meat was flavorful and tender. Not dry at all. The salad was also a generous portion and their dressing was delicious! Simple yet flavorful. The rice I will have to say is the only thing that could be a little better. It wasn't flavored enough or shall I say enough butter like a lot of places do but in exchange, its much healthier that way. So I don't mind. We also ordered the chicken shawarma plate and it was charred perfectly. They have their own tahini sauce recipe that atop the shawarma plate. By itself, it tasted a bit plain and bitter with a nutty twist to it but the sauce goes with the chicken wonderfully! I even asked for extra sauce on the side. They also make pizza too (and they have a huge pizza oven as well) which is out of ordinary but since I didn't order any can't rate much on that. Maybe next time. Service: They were great. It think its a family owned operation. It does take a little time to prep your food but thats with most Mediterranean style restaurants and they were all working hard. I did hope they would have warned me how big their portions were so we could've ordered differently. Ambiance: A little small shop with a little outdoor patio seating area thats pretty nice. Parking is plenty thats in a plaza. I've been here a few times on different days and times of the day and varying levels of crowdedness and didn't feel dissatisfied or neglected at all. I've gotten good, polite service, and food quality didn't suck. I love the stir-fried white fish dish. My favorite, my go-to. It's a huge plate of thick and big fish pieces slathered with some garlicky sauce and plenty of vegetables, and it's relatively cheap for what you receive! It's not the greasy, Chinese comfort food item you crave often, but if you're looking for something a little bit "cleaner" with lots of lean protein, this is great. I order it with a tiny cup of wonton soup to start, which isn't on the dinner menu, but if you ask, they'll give it to you. As in many places in the Renton Highlands, they have an abundance of parking spaces, which is always a huge plus! Gotta try their dim sum sometime just because they're close, even though I'm pretty loyal to Joy Palace and it's difficult for me to go to other dim sum joints.I love looking through the awesome stuff...never know what you will find. This school talks about treating people well but it treated their last head of school James Cardo like a piece of garbage. Think twice before being involved in this school in any way.Wonderful place where faith and good works abound!For some reason this place is packed and gets glowing reviews. Very strange seating policy. I was alone and there were seats at the counter, but I had to wait a few minutes for all the parties of two and more to decide if they wanted to sit at the counter. Got seated after a short wait, but there is NO ROOM inside to wait and even mornings can be hot to wait outside. I wanted a simple bagel and scrambled eggs but they were out of bagels. Not sure how that can happen on a Saturday morning but it did. That being said, food for customers does come out fairly quickly, but not too accurately as the person next to me had an omelette with a missing ingredient. Coffee refill was very slow. For what you get there are much better places in town a short drive away but if you don't mind standing to wait for a table it's pretty fair. The food here is quite good. We ordered the breakfast specials and the portions are just right. I found their macaroni soup with egg and spam to be right on point. The soup was flavorful and quite good. It wasn't watered down which I can appreciate. The pineapple bun with butter is delicious fresh out of the oven. Waiting for the butter to melt is the hardest part. The chern fun is pretty standard. It wasn't awesome but it sure wasn't bad so I'm happy with that. I think we had the chicken jook which was all standard to me. Not awesome but definitely not terrible. If I'm ever in LA again, I will definitely hit this spot again. Also, they're known for the Hong Kong Style milk tea. I LOVE milk tea but not a huge fan of the HK style milk tea but if you are, you would like the milk tea here. If you don't know, BBH is a special noodle soup dish from Hue (a city in central Vietnam ). It's pretty good from what I hear and many reviews tout this place as having the best BBH in San Diego. Funny thing is I have never ordered it. I guess the times I've gone, I just wasn't in the mood for BBH. My wife has tried the BBH and thought it was just okay. She is a tough Vietnamese food critic though because she's tried a ton of cuisine in Vietnam. I have tried their Banh Beo Chen, Banh Bot Loc, Banh Nam, and Com Hoai Hue. I really liked them all. **Banh Beo Chen are steamed rice cakes topped with ground shrimp, pork rinds, and green onions. They are accompanied by a sweet fish sauce. **Banh Bot Loc are steamed pork and shrimp tapioca dumplings wrapped in banana leaves, also served with sweet fish sauce. **Banh Nam are steamed rice dumplings with ground shrimp wrapped in banana leaves. Of course, served with sweet fish sauce. **Com Hoai Hue includes a BBQ pork patty, fried shrimp, a fried egg, and a crab/shrimp patty served on top of rice. Parking can be challenging to find depending on when you go. Employees were friendly and service was fast. We interviewed nearly every preschool program in the Cambridge/Isanti area and hands down the best decision we've made for our three year old. Things we love: small class sizes, educational through play, daily focus on Christian teachings and values, an incredible staff, seasonal events for families. Most importantly my son has grown in independence, self esteem, and love for Christ while Building Blocks is instilling a love for learning. His preschool mornings are by far his favorite mornings of the week! Best decision we've made. So thankful for this program.Jeff came out to our home & set up our stereo system yesterday. He did a super job and trouble shot some problems we have with our equipment. It is wonderful to have our music back. When my contractor had them return to do the work to my satisfaction, Mr Roberts of Canadian Valley was with the crew. He talked to me in a very derogatory fashion and was very demeaning about my simple and clear request. I've never had anyone come into my home and treat me this way. Not sure how they stay in business with that kind of attitude!I love my Pastor, I love the Church family.......☺We had an excellent stay! Club Floor was amazing... Free breakfast, even snacks and beverages throughout they day... They even had this huge coffee and espresso maker. Clean rooms, friendly staff.They took the extra time to take pictures to send to us, and set up the exact delivery time that worked for us. Furnishing an office remotely was easy thanks to Skip and the team at Davis Office Furniture!

Some of the dishes are actually quite tasty, including the scrambled egg and prawn over rice, cream corn and sanddab fish, as well as my current favorite: salted fish and chicken fried rice. The service is usually not very good, but I don't go there for that. I also hear people complaining about the cleanliness there... well, my advice is: when you get your dish, just eat and don't think about how it's made, and you'll probably enjoy it a lot more!The Best Czech food around. The Sauerbraten & bread dumplings are amazing. Check to see if there's a Red Rocks show in the summer & make reservations on the weekend. Seriously, they're to die for, and all are hand made.I really wanted to try the shabu-shabu here but there's a two-order minimum, so in order to eat shabu, I would have to spend $40 on a double-order. I didn't want to tack that onto our combo BBQ order and the NakJi Bo Kum or octopus pasta dish, so I'll have to come back and try the shabu next time. The picture on the menu certainly looked tasty. The Nakji Bo Kum was an attractive dish, angel-hair like pasta tossed in a bright red sauce with assorted vegetables and of course, thumb-sized tentacles that were pretty chewy. I can do sliced octopus but I can't do whole tentacles, they look like purple, bruised pinky fingers to me. The BBQ platter yielded really tender cuts of high quality chadol, bacon, ribs, shrimp and chicken. I think Ellyn P. ordered some fried fish, not sure what kind, but it was too fishy smelling for me. So, more like 3.5 stars because I didn't get to try the shabu-shabu, but I'm rounding it up to 4 because I was in great company.Wonderful experience & Person!
